With a lung infection grounding me for over 2 weeks, I started training again 4 days ago, then missed a day out of fear of falling sick again. Then training a day, and missing yet another - just to make sure! The slightest sniffle, or headache or cough (especially) had me sh*!ting myself at the thought of yet another week off the bike. But today I rode with the Mt. Eliza group and I felt amazing. So now I'm offiially back on track.
